Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Kaffir Lime, Basil, Coriander, Salt, Chili, Cumin, Pepper, Citric Acid, Galangal and Sugar
Cooking Instructions:
All you need is :
- 1/2 kg Chicken or Lamb
- 1/2 kg Boiled Potatoes
- 300 ml Coconut Cream
- Heat 5 tnls of oil in wok. Add 1/2 kg of chicken fillet pieces and stir fry until cooked. Add 1/2 kg of boiling potato cubes
- Add curry mix in 300 ml of water and make a paste
- Add the curry pasteplus 300ml of coconut cream and cook until ready (optional add 1 tbs of fish sauce)
