Ingredients:  Tomato, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Ginger, Chill, Chat Masala, Fenugreek, Coriander, Onion, Cinnamon, Sugar and Turmeric

Allergy Advice:. May contain traces of Peanuts, Tree nuts, Sesame Seeds, Soy, Wheat and Lupin

 

All you need is :

• 500 – 700 Soy Vegan ‘Chicken’
• 300 ml Vegan Cream

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix the Butter Chicken complete curry mix into 400 ml of water to make a paste.
2. Add 3 – 4 tbsp of oil and cook soy ‘chicken’ till brown. Add the paste and simmer.
3. Add the 300 ml of Vegan cream and simmer, Butter Chicken is now ready to be served.

Hints: You can use coconut cream as a substitute for Vegan cream.

You can substitute the soy ‘chicken’ for any other vegan ‘meat’ product or tofu
