Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Food Colour (110 & 122), Chat Masala, Cumin, Garam Masala, Mace, Chili and Food Acid 330.

Cooking Instructions:
All you need is :
- 1 kg Chicken Fillets
- 100 g Yoghurt
1 Mix 100 g Yoghurt with one tablespoon of Tandoori Masala. Mix in 100 ml of oil.
2. Add mixture to 1 kg chicken or any other meat and marinate for a minimum of two hours or overnight
3. Cook using either a non-stick fry pan, grill or BBQ
Hint: Use 85 g Tandoori Masala and 1 kg yoghurt to make 6 kg of the meat.
