Cooking Instructions:
All you need is :
- 700g diced Lamb
- 300g diced Potatoes
- Mix 500ml of water to the Lamb Curry Mix
- Heat 5 tbls of oil & cook 700g of diced Lamb until it is brown
- Add the curry paste & simmer until the meat is tender. Add diced potatoes and cook. Add more water if needed.
Hints: Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves
