Ingredients: Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Chilli, Garam Masala, Mace, Cardamon and Food Colour (E122, E110)

Cooking Instructions:

All you need is :

  • 1 kg diced Lamb
  1. Add 400 ml of water to the Vindaloo Curry Mix to make a paste
  2. Take 1 kg of diced Lamb. Heat 2 – 3 tbs of oil and lightly brown the meat
  3. Heat 3 – 5 tablespoon of oil in a pot and fry the paste for 2 mins. Add Lamb and cook until tender. Add water if needed

Hints: Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
