Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Grass, Kaffir Lime, Basil, Salt, Sugar, Rice, Citric Acid, Galangal,  Chilli, Cumin, Corainder and Pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

All you need is :

  • 500g Chicken Fillets
  • 500g Stir Fry Veggies
  • 300ml Coconut Cream
  1. Add the Red Curry Mix to 300ml of water and make a paste.
  2. Heat 5 tbls of oil in wok, add 500g of Chicken strips and stir fry. Add 500g stir fry veggies
  3. Add the curry paste plus 300ml of coconut cream and cook until ready (optiona add 1 tbs of Fish Sauce)
