Ingredients: Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime, Basil, Coriander, Salt, Chili, Cumin, Pepper, Citric Acid, Galanga, Sugar


Cooking Instructions:

All you need is :

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 1/2 kg Stir fry vegies
  1. Heat 5 tbls of oil in wok. Add 1/2 kg of chicken fillet pieces and stir fry until cooked. Add 1/2 kg of stir fry vegies
  2. Add curry mix in 300 ml of water and make a paste
  3. Add the curry paste and cook until ready

Hints: Use mushroom, snow peas, broccoli, capsicum & beans to stir fry
