Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Garam Masala, Paprika, Mace, Black Pepper, Salt, Cardamon, Chaat Masala and Citric Acid.

Cooking Instructions:

All you need is :

  • 1 kg Lamb Shanks

1 Add 1 litre of water to Lamb Shanks Spice Mix

2. Heat 5 tbsp of oil & cook 1 kg of Lamb Shank pieces until they are brown

3. Add curry paste & simmer for 1 hour or more until the meat is tender. Add more water if needed

Hints: Ask butcher to cut the Lamb Shanks into 3 or 4 piecesGarnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
