Ingredients: Paprika, Pepper, Cumin, Chaat Masala, Citric Acid, Garam Masala, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Mace, Salt, Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic and Onion

Cooking Instructions:

All you need is :

  • 700g diced Lamb
  • 300g diced Potatoes
  1. Mix 500ml of water to the Lamb Curry Mix
  2. Heat 5 tbls of oil & cook 700g of diced Lamb until it is brown
  3. Add the curry paste & simmer until the meat is tender. Add diced potatoes and cook. Add more water if needed.

Hints: Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves
