All you need is :
- 600 g Lamb
- Potatoes
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the entire contents of this box with 500 mls of water and make a paste
- Take 600 g diced lamb. Heat 2 – 3 tbs of oil and brown the meat. Boil 3 potatoes (about 350 g – 400 g) in a different pot
- Add the curry paste and cook until ready. Add potato cubes. Cut in half an unsliced rectangular loaf of bread. Hollow out and fill with curry
Hints: Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
