Cooking Instructions:
All you need is :
- 1 kg Thigh Fillets
1. Add 400 ml of water to the Chicken Curry Mix to make a paste
2. Heat 5 tbls of oil in a pot and brown 1 kg of Chicken pieces
3. Add the paste and simmer until the meat is cooked.
Optional: Add 400 ml of Coconut Cream
Hints: Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
