Cooking Instructions:
All you need is :
- 1 kg Lamb Shanks
1 Add the entire contents of box with 1 litre of water and make a runny paste
2. Heat 5 tbsp of oil & cook 1 kg of Lamb Shank pieces until they are brown
3. Add curry paste & simmer for 1 hour or more until the meat is tender. Add more water if needed
Hints: Ask butcher to cut the Lamb Shanks into 3 or 4 pieces. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
