Ingredients: Tomato, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Ginger, Chill, Chat Masala, Fenugreek, Coriander, Onion, Cinnamon, Sugar and Turmeric
Allergy Advice:. May contain traces of Peanuts, Tree nuts, Sesame Seeds, Soy, Wheat and Lupin
All you need is :
- 500 – 700 Soy Vegan ‘Chicken’
- 300 ml Vegan Cream
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the Butter Chicken complete curry mix into 400 ml of water to make a paste.
- Add 3 – 4 tbsp of oil and cook soy ‘chicken’ till brown. Add the paste and simmer.
- Add the 300 ml of Vegan cream and simmer, Butter Chicken is now ready to be served.
Hints: You can use coconut cream as a substitute for Vegan cream.
You can substitute the soy ‘chicken’ for any other vegan ‘meat’ product or tofu
