Ingredients:  Sugar, Salt, Modified Starch, Sugar, Flavouring (Gluten), Irradiated Vegetable Powders (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Irradiated Herbs & Spices, Acid, Monosodium Glutamate (Flavour Enchancer), Colourants, Beef (Soya), Vegetable Oil (Palm Fruit TBHQ), Wheat Flour (Gluten), Tenderiser, Flavour Enchancer, Milk Powder (Cow’s Milk). 

How to Prepare:  (Serves 3 – 4)

1. Add 175ml COLD water to packet contents & stir until smooth
2. Pierce both sides of meat several times with a fork
3. Coat 500g meat evenly on both sides & marinate for 20 minutes ONLY
4. Remove from marinade & grill braai or fry .
