Ingredients: Garam Masala, Garlic Granuals, Salt, Paprika, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cardamon, Food Colouring (110)

Preparation: Place 1 kg of chicken or lamb in a large bowl add 3 tablespoons of spice and rub into meat. Add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, juice of half a lemon and 1/2 of a cup of natural yoghurt, mix together, place in the fridge for at least 30 mins. BBQ, grill or bake to your liking.
