Ingredients:  Coconut milk, Onion, Palm Oil, Chilli, Sugar,  Lemongrass, Coriander, Garlic,Salt, Ginger, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Flavour Enhancer (621)

Produced in a facility that also processes products containing peanuts, tree nuts, crustaceans, molluscs, soy, sesame seeds and wheat gluten derivatives.  

Cooking Instructions: 

  • Add 310ml (1/2 cup) water, Brinjal pieces, and fish (cutlet, fillet or head)/squid/prawns  to the curry paste and boil on medium flame until seafood is cooked,
  • Boil ladies finger in a separate pot until cooked.
  • Add 50ml (2 tbsp) coconut milk (optional), 6 tbsp lemon juice, sliced tomatoes, ladies finger and onion rings to the curry, bring to boil and serve.
