Ingredients: Garlic, sugar, soybean oil, dried red chillies, tamarind juice, shallot, salt, lemongrass, spices (corriander seeds, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, galangal, cloves), kaffir lime, galangal, citric acid.
Directions:
- Stir fry one can of Masaman Curry Paste and 300 ml of coconut milk for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add 300 g of chicken or beef, then pour 300 ml of coconut milk, and stir until it boils.
- Add 150 g of potato, 100 g of onion (cut into pieces) and heat until meat is tender.
- If preferred add 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts
- Serves 5-7. Serve with jasmine rice
