Ingredients: Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Salt,Onion, Turmeric, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Chilli,Mint, Garam Masala,Cinnamon, Cardamon,Mace, Kewara.

Please Note: Contains whole spice.



Cooking Instructions:

All you need is :

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 100 g Yoghurt
  • 400 g Rice
  1. Mix the entire contents of this box with 100 g of natural yoghurt and 400 ml of water. Cut 1 kg of chicken into small pieces
  2. Heat 4 -5 tbls of oil in a pot and fry the Biryani Masala paste for 2 -3 minutes. Add chicken. Keep the curry dry.
  3. Boil 400 g of rice in a different pot. Add the cooked rice to the chicken and keep on low heat for 3 – 5 minutes. Your Biryani is ready to be served.

Hints: Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
