Ayam Satay Seasoning is a rich blend of naturally dried herbs and spices used in the preparation of satays or marinades.

Satay Chicken

Ingredients Required

• 250g chicken, diced (optional: skewer chicken pieces)
• 1 can Ayam Satay Sauce 250ml (Choice of Mild or Thai)
• 2 tablespoon Ayam Saty Seasoning 160g

Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinate chicken with the Satay Seasoning
2. Place on a grill (medium heat), turning to cook evenly
3. Serve with the Satay Sauce (warm) and steamed rice
