Ingredients; Water, tpeanuts (14%), sugar, onions, coconut milk, candlenuts, lemongrass, soya bean oil, garlic, coriander powder, tamarind, chilli powder, salt, ginger, galangal, cumin powder, turmeric powder.

Serving Suggestion:
- Heat gently and use as a dipping sauce
- Heat (do not boil) asn use to spice up grilled chicken, meat, vegetables or fish
Gado Gado Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients Required
- 1 can Ayam Gado Gado Peanut Sauce 250ml
- 2 lettuce leaves, shredded
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced,
- 1 small carrot, sliced thinly
- 2 pieces of fried bean curd, sliced
- 2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
- 1 medium boiled potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 small can of pineapple pieces
- Alfalfa sprouts as a garnish
Instructions:
- Layer vegetables on a serving platter
- Heat Gado Gado sauce gently over a medium heat until simmering
- Pour warm sauce over teh salad and serve.
Hint: Gado Gado Salad is traditionally served with some form of crackers.
