INTERNATIONAL GROCERIES delivers anywhere in Australia and also accepts International orders.
Delivery Method (Australia Only)
We use a combination of Australia Post and Courier depending on your location. If you select to ship your item to a PO Box we can only use Australia Post. Please note that all shipping cost on the website is calculated based on Australia Post eParcel rate - (Defaults to the highest possible rate), however before final shipment, the postage charged will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly. We will issue you with a refund or a store credit for the excess postage paid. This store credit can be used to offset against your next order.
If the calculated freight seems unexpectedly high please contact us and we will do a manual calculation and quote the actual postage. Be aware that all freight is calculated on cubic measurements whether it be post office or courier, so an item may be light in weight but could be large in size and freight will be calculated accordingly. If you want to make the most of your postage charge you may find that adding another item will not incur any extra charges due to weight breaks.
Delivery Method (International)
For International Orders the postage cost is for "Standard Air Mail (With Tracking)". For order under 2kg you will also have the option to choose "Economy Air (Tracking Services is Not Available). For orders over 20kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Each country has specific regulations about what can (and can't) be delivered. Please note - it is your responsibility to ensure that all items you order from us comply with your countries customs regulations. Before ordering please check for details on what items your country prohibits.
Shipping times vary according to public holidays and delivery address. We endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. If your order is sent through Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email from Australia Post with a tracking number, which you can check at http://auspost.com.au/track
To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please check the delivery address is correct when placing the order. Re-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address will delay your delivery and will incur additional shipping charges. If you would like to provide special instructions for your delivery (example: "if no one is home, please leave at front door"), please include it in the comments when placing your order.

Standard Shipping - average delivery times, from date of shipment:
- Australia (major centres): average 2-4 business days
- Australia (other areas): 5-7 business days
- International (Airmail): 1-3 weeks
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at INTERNATIONAL GROCERIES. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your account. Postage paid is non refundable for any reason. However management at its own discretion may exercise in good faith by considering refunding a certain percentage of the postage paid. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Please include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the fault on the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund, issue a store credit or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and quantity of the replacement item.
