Direction for Use: ADULT
- Prepare tea with porcelain glass utensils only. Bring water to boil
- Use one tea bag per cup. Pour boiling water over tea bag. Cover cup and allow to sleep for 5 minutes. Before serving stir well to fully release essence of herbs.
- drink one cup at night after meal. When taking this product drink plenty of water and increase fibre in the diet. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or if you develop diarrhoea. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
