Ingredients: Sugar, gelatin (bovine), acidity regulator (E296, E450), ascorbic acid (E300), flavouring, salt, colourants (E122, E124)

Direction for Use:  

• Dissolve contents of packet in 225 ml (1 small cup) of boiling water. stir until dissolved.
• Then add 225 ml (1 small cup) of cold water, mix well and pour into mould
• Chill until set

For quicker setting, substitute the small cup cold water with a cup of iced water or ice cubes.
