Description

Coconut Cream  is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water. The difference is mainly consistency. It has a thicker, more paste like consistency, while coconut milk is generally a liquid. Coconut cream is a prominent ingredients in many Thai food dishes. This coconut cream can be used for making cakes, candies, cookies, ice cream, coconut jam (Kaya), curries and other preparation where coconut cream is required.
