Ingredients:  Wheat flour, maltodextrin (sulphur dioxide) salt, yeast extract, hydrolysed vegetable protein(may contain genetically modified materia), vegetable oil (palm fruit), , maltotriose, polysacharide, hydrogenated, vegetable fat (palm fat) (contains  antioxidant  TBHQ), flavour enhancers (E631, E627),  flavourants, mushroom powder (0.5%),  radurised  pepper, anticaking agent (E551), radurised herbs (parsley, marjoram, origanium)., pottasium chloride (salt replacer) caramel colourant.


Chicken and Mushrrom 

Simply Add: (Serves 4)

  • 500 g chickne
  • 1 onion (150g) 
  • 150g mushroom 
  • 140g brocoli
  • 6g chives 
  • 200 ml  low fat milk 
  • Side dish 200 g white rice

Preparation: 

  1. Slice the chicken into stripes. Chop the onion, brocoli and chives and slice the mushroom 
  2. In a pan brown the onions in 1 tbsp of sunflower oil. Add the chicken and mushrooms and brown for 5 mins 
  3. Add 200 ml cold milk and 200ml cold water to the pan, stir in pouch contents  and bring to the boil while stirring 
  4. Simmer uncovered for 20 min, stirring occasionally. Add the brocolli and chives and simmer for 5 mins. Serve with 200g white  rice cooked in unsalted water.
