Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce is made from our Naturaly Brewed Soy Sauce. The salt content is reduced using a special fermentation process which retains the unique flavour and aroma of our regular Soy Sauce but compared to the regular product , has 43% less salt. Use for basting,marinating, stir frying, roasting or as a dipping sauce. 

Ingredients: Water, Soybeans (16%), Wheat, Salt, Alcohol, Sugar, Food Acids (262, 270, 260). Contains: 6.5 alcohol v/v
