Manufactured on shared equipment with Soy, Egg and Buckwheat.
Contains wheat gluten.
Simple to Prepare:
- Cook Organic Udon in rapid boiling water for 10 minutes (salt or oil is not needed)
- For Stir-fry cook Organic Udon in rapid boiling water for 8 minutes (noodles will receive extra cooking in the wok)
- Drain, then rinse well with cold water. Drain again
Hint: To reheat, briefly submerge in hot water.
