Ingredients: Dhall, Garlic, Ginger, Cumin, Salt and Sodium Bicarbonate
Cooking Instructions:
- Add to the packet mix to 210 ml of warm water and leave to soak for 50 – 60 mins.
- Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and spring onions. Add salt according to taste.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use a tablespoon to scoop out, roll in ball and fry in preheated oil until golden. Use medium heat.
