Ingredients: Defatted Soya Flour, Chilli, Nature Identical Prawn Flavour, Corn Flour, Pepper, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Mustard, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Screw Pine Leaves.
Method of Preparation:
Soak Soya Meat pieces in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out water. Mix Sachet content with Soya Meat and keep 3 – 4 minutes. Temper Garlic, Curry Leaves, Pandan, Green Chilli, Tomato, Ginger and Onion. Add Soya Meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add one cup of water or coconut milk and cook for 5 – 7 minutes, add salt to taste.
