Ingredients: Defatted Soya Flour, Coriander, Chilli, Pepper, Cumin Seed, Fennel Seed, Mustard, Methi Seed, Natural Identical Mutton Flavour, Cinnamon, Garlic, Pandan, Curry Leaves, Lemon Grass, Flavour Enhancer (E621)
Method of Preparation:
Soak Soya Meat pieces in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out water. Mix Sachet content with Soya Meat and keep 3 – 4 minutes. Temper Garlic, Curry Leaves, Pandan, Green Chilli, Tomato, Ginger and Onion. Add Soya Meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add one cup of water or coconut milk and cook for 5 – 7 minutes, add salt to taste.
