Description
Just add milk to this parsley sauce mix to create the perfect accompaniment for white fish or gammon.
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients required;
- 1 sachet Colman’s Parsley Sauce Mix
- 300 ml (approx 1/2 pint semi-skimmed milk)
How to Cook:
- Empty the content of the sachet into a saucepan
- Pour a little milk into the pan and mix. Stir in remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuosly
- Simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.
