This Herbal Tea meets all requirements for a mild laxative, it helps to relieve bowel sluggishness and occasional constipation. It also aids digestion, maintain bowel regularity and assists physical fitness. Its efficacy and reliability is well recognized by its users. 

Directions:

• Put 1 or 2 herbal tea bag (each bag contains 1.5g) in a cup of boiling water, let steep for 5-15 minutes to taste. To sweeten, add lemon juice or honey if desired. 
• Begin by drinking one cup daily, bets in the evening. After a few says, if no sign of rejection, drink one cup in the morning before breakfast and one cup in the evening before bed.
• For beginners, it is recommended that you let steep between 1-2 minutes.
