Ingredients: Defatted Soya Flour, curry powder,water,Teast Extract, Salt, Permittef Flavour Enhancer, MONosodium Glutamate INS621, Citric acidins 330, corn strach
Method of Preparation:
Soak Soya Meat pieces in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out water. Mix Sachet content with Soya Meat and keep 3 – 4 minutes. Temper Garlic, Curry Leaves, Pandan, Green Chilli, Tomato, Ginger and Onion. Add Soya Meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add one cup of water or coconut milk and cook for 5 – 7 minutes, add salt to taste.
