Ingredients: Various Lentils, Cereals (Maize and Wheat), Various Spices, Salt and Turmeric

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cook 750g of chicken or meat adding only the Finest Cuisine Sachet of Moolooktani Spice. Add 1 tbsp of crush ginger and garlic.
2. Add 2 litres of water and bring to boil
3. Mix the whole packet of Moolooktani dhall in 250 ml of water and add to the chicken or meat. Salt according to taste. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes
4.  Turn off the heat and garnish with finely chopped coriander and green chillies
