Description
The flavour and aroma of Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms are an excellent complement to meat, shellfish and omelettes. Used in a wide variety of soups, cream sauces and pastas, theya re best cooked with limited seasoning so the delicious flavour can be fully enjoyed.
Preparation: To cook, rinse well and soak in warm hot water for 15 – 20 minutes, using the water as stock.
