No need to pound onions, garlic or chillies. no need to squeeze coconut milk. just add the right proportion of water and cook with chicken and potatoes. Pre-seasoned with salt and sugar for your absolute convenience!

Ingredients Required:

• 750g chicken cut into preferred size
• 4 pieces potatoes, peeled and cut into preferred size
• 80 ml (10 tbsp) cooking oil
• 120 ml water for Part A (curry mixture); 600 ml water for Part B (coconut mixture)
