Soy Sauce Chicken
- Mix 3 parts Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade to 2 parts of water in a pot. Add chicken pieces and bring to the boil. Reduce to a low heat and simmer until cooked, turning chicken occasionally. Remove from teh heat, cover and cool for a while before taking from teh marinade to serve.
