This Herbal Tea meets all requirements for a mild laxative, it helps to relieve bowel sluggishness and occasional constipation
. It also aids digestion, maintain bowel regularity and assists physical fitness. Its efficacy and reliability is well recognized by its users.
Directions:
- Put 1 or 2 herbal tea bag (each bag contains 1.5g) in a cup of boiling water, let steep for 5-15 minutes to taste. To sweeten, add lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Begin by drinking one cup daily, bets in the evening. After a few says, if no sign of rejection, drink one cup in the morning before breakfast and one cup in the evening before bed.
- For beginners, it is recommended that you let steep between 1-2 minutes.
